KATE PECHINKA

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER | FOUNDER

My love for Interior Design originated from my love of homes, and my love for family.

I have a long Philadelphia-area history of great grandparents and grandparents who raised their children in towns along the Main Line. Coming from a large family, it was a privilege to experience homes of different sizes and styles since as early as I can remember. Growing up in these homes shaped my sense of belonging, personal taste, and appreciation for place.

Studying the arts is what inspires and informs my vision.

The dedication and drive to learn is something that I find so important in this creative field. Beyond earning a BA in Art History from Penn State University, and a MA in Architecture and Design from Drexel University, I have always enjoyed the discoveries that result when you commit to the research. Post academia, I have earned certificates from Sotheby’s Institute of Arts, and am an active member of the Institute of Classical Arts & Architecture.

Living amongst the beauty of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a restorative experience.

My husband, two children and I live here in Chester Springs, with our Beagle, Hank. Having a deep appreciation for the area is what drives our passion for conservation, preservation, and support for our local businesses and organizations.
